ONE Mail Direct
For small health care organizations (less than 100 users) and individual regulated health care providers
ONE Mail Direct is a secure email service designed specifically for small organizations and for individual regulated health care professionals in Ontario. This encrypted service, hosted in our highly-secure infrastructure, allows users to securely and confidentially exchange patient health information (PHI) or personal information (PI) with other ONE Mail users.
Mailboxes can be used with numerous desktop email applications, browsers and mobile devices, and offer a number of features including:
5GB email storage with 50 MB attachments
Secure Email On-the-Go with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync enabled on phones and tablets such as Apple iOS, Google Android, BlackBerry 10 and Windows Phone and accessible via the Outlook Web Application with multiple browsers.
Organizations can use their professional domain or eHealth Ontario’s domain (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Uses top-rated email gateway and security services, providing continuous protection against email-borne threats.
Validates sender through access to the ONE Mail Directory, which contains contact information for all ONE Mail subscribers.
