COVAXON Repository decommissioned on March 13, 2026

The Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) no longer returns details on COVID-19 vaccine administrations from COVAXON (the Ministry of Health’s provincial solution for COVID-19 vaccination information) as the repository was decommissioned on March 13th, 2026.

As of March 13, 2026, DHDR will return Covid Vaccination records received from the Ontario Drug Benefits repository only. This includes information relating to vaccine administrations performed in community pharmacies only. Other sources of Covid Vaccinations will no longer be visible.
