Committees
The cSWO Program is based on a project management model with London Health Sciences Centre as the delivery partner to eHealth Ontario with accountability for program management. A regional governance structure through the steering committee provides executive-level direction and sponsorship for the cSWO Program, including program and project oversight, to support the rapid delivery of clinical and system benefits in alignment with local, LHIN and provincial clinical and health transformation priorities, in conjunction with the overarching provincial goal of an EHR for all Ontarians.
cSWO Program working groups have been formed and established to provide input, advice and operational guidance to ensure program components align with the vision, goals and objectives of the program and supports the strategic priorities of each LHIN in the cluster while aligning with the broader, provincial agenda.

We are providing our patients with results of tests performed at local hospitals so much faster now that I can access them in real-time. We can more easily follow what’s going on with a patient given fewer time lapses and if needed, refer the patient more quickly to an appropriate specialist. Having ClinicalConnect has definitely reduced the time it takes for my staff to get copies of hospital records – not having to wait for faxes or records to be received in the mail.
