Cindy Morris

Cindy Morris is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage all employees and establishing the culture, systems and training that will develop leaders and empower employees to solve problems. This includes strategic workforce planning, day-to-day operations, labour relations, organizational development, compensation, training, recruitment, benefits, and pensions.

An experienced human resources executive with a background in private and public-sector organizations, Cindy was most recently employed at Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) as its ‎Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development. Prior to joining OTN, Cindy was VP Human Resources at Philips Lifeline (formerly Lifeline Systems Canada, Inc.).

Cindy has undergraduate degrees in English and Psychology respectively in addition to a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
