University Health Network Data Contribution Report
Please note that University Health Network has some data that is missing for a specific time period which is noted here: An HIS issue which duplicated certain CDR-bound message IDs resulted in lost HL7 messages between July 18 - September 26, 2014. Some ORU (Unsolicited Transmission of an Observation), ADT (Admission, Discharge and Transfer message) and RDE (Pharmacy Encoded Order message) messages were affected. UHN is aware of this issue and has accepted the risk of not resending this information. |
