As of November 9th, 2018 - ONE ID Two-Factor Authentication Text-Based Challenge Phone Numbers will be the only available option in ONE ID to both new and existing ONE ID account holders.

July 18th, 2016 - LRAS can now request the creation of a ONE Mail Direct Room Mailbox as a solution for automated processing of booking meeting rooms, making it easier to have insight into the availability and book of rooms within an organization

May 11th, 2015 - LRAs can revoke/suspend/reinstate ONE Mail Direct user enrolments from the ONE ID online Systsm
- ONE ID - RSA SecurID Token Modification and User Activation
May 11th, 2015 - RSA SecurID Tokens can now be modified by LRAs using the ONE ID Online system. Users can also activate their tokens by logging into ONE ID Self Management.
- ONE ID - New Identify Individual Search options
March 5th, 2015 - The search functionality of the ONE ID Online system has been updated to allow LRAs to look up existing ONE ID users via their professional license number or Login ID.
