ConnectingOntario ClinicalViewer Release 9.1 is a major development that provides clinicians with more valuable data and improved user experience. The ConnectingOntario ClinicalViewer securely displays Ontarian’s electronic health information including hospital and ambulatory clinic encounters, home and community care services and lab test results from across the province.

Today, the ClinicalViewer also includes data from the Digital Health Drug Repository. This means clinicians can now view information on publicly-funded drugs and pharmacy services, as well as all monitored drugs dispensed in Ontario. Secure access to drug and pharmacy service information allows clinicians to quickly and efficiently develop a best possible medication history for patients. Electronic sharing of digital health information improves collaboration between health care providers, which in turn improves care for all Ontarians.

Release 9.1 also includes significant privacy improvements and better custom clinical views.
