More sites live, supporting better patient care

Live with the ConnectingOntario ClinicalViewer

We continue to make progress in making patient health records available to authorized health care providers across Ontario to support better care. Clinicians can access valuable health information such as: dispensed medications; lab test orders and results; diagnostic reports and images; as well as hospital visit information.

Contribution

Between July and October, we’ve added the following new sites as data contributors to the Acute and Community Care Clinical Data Repository (acCDR). The valuable patient health information these sites contribute make it possible for health care professionals to have a more complete picture of their patients’ health – leading to better outcomes.

Med-Health Laboratories is now submitting patients’ past and current test results to OLIS, enabling health care providers to make more informed treatment decisions by having more complete health information at their disposal.
